Coping with...

 

When it is hard to cope, it is time to rest. After a good night’s sleep, we feel better able to cope. It is not easy to deal successfully with a difficult situation, however after a stimulating activity it is possible to cope with feelings such as anxiety, pain, anger, fear or any other psychological distress. Sleeping well is also a clever way to cope with whatever comes next. The ability to put aside worries while figuring out a good way out is so important. Inner peace is undoubtedly a treasure. Smart thinking depends on how relaxed and prepared we are. A playful mindset and a focused approach is the best coping strategy.

People tend to postpone leisure time, relaxing moments and all sorts of  pleasure, believing that in doing so they will be finally get a good night’s sleep or ingenuity to solve problems. In fact, it is exactly the other way round. The more we take time to be connected with our true self, the better prepared we feel and are to deal with stressful daily routine. Rest and play first and deliver at your best afterwards! That is the trick to cope with unavoidable nuisances and many other issues we cannot escape from. Coping mainly with ourselves first is the only way we can be helpful and have a meaningful life. How are you coping with it? A sound advice: have a good time before you cope with everything and anything that really matters!
