Coping with...
When
it is hard to cope, it is time to rest. After a good night’s sleep, we feel
better able to cope. It is not easy to deal successfully with a difficult
situation, however after a stimulating activity it is possible to cope with
feelings such as anxiety, pain, anger, fear or any other psychological
distress. Sleeping well is also a clever way to cope with whatever comes next.
The ability to put aside worries while figuring out a good way out is so
important. Inner peace is undoubtedly a treasure. Smart thinking depends on how
relaxed and prepared we are. A playful mindset and a focused approach is the
best coping strategy.
People
tend to postpone leisure time, relaxing moments and all sorts of pleasure, believing that in doing so they will
be finally get a good night’s sleep or ingenuity to solve problems. In fact, it
is exactly the other way round. The more we take time to be connected with our
true self, the better prepared we feel and are to deal with stressful daily
routine. Rest and play first and deliver at your best afterwards! That is the
trick to cope with unavoidable nuisances and many other issues we cannot escape
from. Coping mainly with ourselves first is the only way we can be helpful and
have a meaningful life. How are you coping with it? A sound advice: have a good
time before you cope with everything and anything that really matters!
